200 g flour
120g brown sugar
4 grams of baking soda

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C in the traditional way. Mix soft butter, eggs, sugar, salt and flour. Add baking soda and mix again with your hands until you get a smooth paste.
We add 2/3 of the chicken pieces, make a ball and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Make 15 balls, spread them out a little, and arrange the remaining pieces.
Place them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper, and scoop well (make two batches). Bake for 13 to 14 minutes. Leave it to cool down for 10 minutes before serving.
