Chili con carne
This was one of Ilearnt’s first easy cooking recipes and can be mastered in just a few attempts! It is healthy, cheap, delicious and offers the best student food. You can make a large amount of this and then store it in the refrigerator for several days or freeze it for weeks
♥ Ingredients
Minced / ground beef 500 g
1 large onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves 1 – 2
Chopped tomato cans
400 gm tomato juice
Puree 1 teaspoon of chili powder (to taste) 1
1 teaspoon ground cumin powder from Worcester sauce, sprinkle salt and pepper 1
Chopped red pepper 1 can of filtered beans 400 g
♥ Method ♥

1) Fry the onions in a hot frying pan with oil until almost brown in color, then add the chopped garlic to it

2) Add the minced meat and stir until it turns brown – strain any excess fat to taste

3) Add all the dried spices and spices, reduce the heat and add the chopped tomatoes

4) Stir well and add tomato puree and Worcester sauce, then simmer for about an hour (less if you are in a hurry)

5) Add the chopped red pepper and keep on low heat for 5 minutes, then add the drained beans can and leave it on the fire for another 5 minutes. If the chili peppers become dry at any time, add a little water, and serve with rice, coated potatoes, or pasta!

Beef in beer
♥ Ingredients
500g of cheap beef chunks (steaks are usually cheap)

500 ml of real large onion

2 garlic cloves of plain flour

Raw beef, put it in the flour … Fry 4 to 5 pieces at a time in a hot pot to close it … put it on one side when not cutting the whole onion into quarters … Fry it in the same skillet of the beef … to absorb the juices … near the end of the onion frying (it should be nicely browned around the edges) add the crushed garlic cloves, and transfer the beef, onion and garlic to a deep casserole. Stir the remaining flour over the beer bottle -‐ Really, you won’t be wasted !!! Cover it, cook at 150 for two and a half hours … it’ll be great when it comes out, believe me … Serve with mash
