Quick and easy pancakes

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon of white sugar
  • tablespoon of white sugar
  • 150 g of flour
  • 1 good teaspoon of yeast
  • 200 ml of milk

Total time: 15 min                  Preparation time:               5 minCooking time: 10 min

Mix eggs and sugar roughly in a bowl.
Add melted butter or oil.
Mix the flour and baking powder separately, then mix half of it with the mixture.
Dilute gradually with milk, adding the other half of the flour little by little (this will prevent you from forming lumps).
No downtime needed, except for sufficient time to heat up the skillet over medium heat.
Using a small ladle or large sauce spoon, place “pie” in the skillet.
When bubbles appear and burst, flip the pies over and do not leave them for more than a minute on the other side.
Note ♥
Pancakes should be eaten fairly quickly, as once cooled they are less flavorful. They’ll be delicious with a drizzle of maple syrup, raspberry jam, or a little sugar and lemon juice. Enjoy, and fast !!

“I have tried many pancake recipes, and this is my favorite. Beware, fermented milk is the most important ingredient as it gives smoothness! Enjoy your breakfast, dessert or snack!”
