When bubbles appear and burst, flip the pies over and do not leave them for more than a minute on the other side. Note ♥ Pancakes should be eaten fairly quickly, as once cooled they are less flavorful. They’ll be delicious with a drizzle of maple syrup, raspberry jam, or a little sugar and lemon juice.
