Mantha means mashed or well blended. A drink that is prepared by mixing or mixing the ingredients well and diluting them with cold water is known as Mantha.

How to prepare

Ragi Powder / Chips – 3 Spoons (45g)
1 ripe banana – 1-1 / 2 (120g)
Jaggery or palm sugar – 15 g
Milk / Coconut Water / Butter Milk
Coconut milk / plain water – 200 ml
Servings: 1 cup (250-300ml)
How to prepare
Washed and dried ragi, makes a fine powder. If ragi chips are available, soak them for 5 minutes, in a blender, add bananas, jaggery / palm sugar, ragi chips or the powder and blend for a few seconds. Then we add the chosen liquid and then mix for some time until smooth and homogeneous.
