Chicken casserole with olives and lemon

Chicken breast: diced (or chicken)
Ginger: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
Garlic: 3 cloves
Green Coriander: 2 tablespoons (chopped)
Parsley: 2 tablespoons (chopped)
Saffron: a pinch (bristles)
Pickled lemon: half a piece
Onion: 1 piece
Lemon juice: 1 piece
Olive oil: a quarter cup
Olives: 1 cup

How to prepare:
Chop the onion, garlic and pickled lemon pulp and save the peel for garnishing.

We add all the spices and olive oil.

We add the chicken until the mixture absorbs for at least two hours.

Cook the chicken in a clay pot or casserole dish if you have one.

Decorate with olives, pickled lemon peel, and a little coriander and parsley, if desired.
